Now Hiring Baristas!
Kribi is hiring baristas for both of our cafes!
This role works across both locations. Pak Park and Forst Park are about ten minutes apart, and your schedule may include shifts at either one depending on coverage. Please only apply if you can reliably get to both.
Pay: $18 to $19 per hour including tips, with room to move up to shift lead.
Espresso bar experience preferred, not required. A resume helps us move faster, but it is not required.

Pay detail
Barista pay is $14.05 per hour base as a tipped position, with tips typically adding $4 to $5 per hour, for roughly $18 to $19 per hour in total. If tips do not bring total pay to the applicable minimum wage, Kribi makes up the difference. Shift lead is the next step up and those openings are filled from the barista team.
