Payment Terms
Standard payment is Net 15. New accounts are prepaid on first orders; toll-roasting and private-label first runs are always prepaid. Net 30 may be requested after 3 consistent on-time orders; larger or strategic accounts are subject to a credit check.
Late Payment
Overdue balances accrue 1.5% per month.
Payment Methods

- Credit card — +4%
Checks are not accepted at checkout.
Order Minimums & Delivery
Delivery minimum: 20 lb (bulk coffee in 20 lb steps). Orders under 20 lb are available for warehouse pickup only.
Local delivery zone: within roughly 25 miles of our roastery at 4100 W Fillmore St, Chicago, IL 60624. In plain terms, that covers the city of Chicago and the near and mid suburbs: up to about Evanston, Glenview and Glencoe on the North Shore, out to Elmhurst, Lombard and Wheaton to the west, and down to Orland Park and Tinley Park to the southwest. Not sure if your address qualifies? Ask us and we will confirm. Local delivery is $20 per order and FREE on orders of $250 or more. Addresses outside the zone may still be served on our scheduled routes at Kribi's discretion.
Outside the local delivery zone: carrier shipping at checkout rates, or scheduled route delivery at Kribi's discretion.
Private label MOQs: Test 50 lb per SKU, Growth 100 lb per month, Strategic 250+ lb per month.
Lead Times
Roasted coffee: estimated 5 business days for local delivery, often sooner. In-stock green lots: estimated 5 business days; special-order green quoted at order acceptance.
Green Coffee Pricing
Market-based, reviewed at order time; prices may be adjusted at invoicing to reflect current market cost.
Sales Tax
Resale certificate (CRT) required to waive sales tax.
Insurance
Certificate of insurance (COI) available on request.
