Every delivery is air roasted in small batches to the level that suits that coffee, and packed fresh. Whole bean, or ground for your brewer. K-Cups come by the box.

Questions

How does a subscription work?

Pick a coffee, a grind and how often. We roast and ship a fresh bag on that schedule, and you can change any of it from your account.

How often can it come?

Every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

When will my first bag ship?

Your first bag ships in 1 to 3 business days. We roast and ship Monday through Friday, except major holidays.

Do subscribers get a discount?

Yes. 15% off your first subscription delivery and 10% off every delivery after that.

What can I subscribe to?

Any of our coffees, plus K-Cups.

Can I skip, change or cancel?

Yes. Sign in to your account and open Subscriptions to skip a delivery, change the date or how often, swap coffees or cancel. There's no minimum and no fee to cancel.

Will I get a reminder?

Yes. We email you before each delivery with a link to manage it.

Is shipping included?

No. Shipping is charged at checkout for each delivery.
