Why subscribe?

Save 15% on your first order and 10% on every refill. Fresh Kribi roasts and K-cups are roasted fresh, delivered on your schedule, and keep you stocked so you can skip last-minute coffee runs.

How does a Kribi subscription work?

Pick your coffee or K-cups, choose how often you want them, and we roast and ship fresh for each order. You control what you get and how often.

If I sign up for a subscription today, when will it ship?

Our production days are Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays). Your order will ship within 1-3 business days from when it is placed.

What coffees can I subscribe to?

Any of our coffees and K-cups are available for subscription.

Do subscribers get a discount?

Yes! You get 15% off your first subscription order and 10% off every recurring delivery.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Always! You can change your coffee or quantity, skip an order, choose a future order date, or cancel anytime.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There are no long-term commitments or fees. You can pause or cancel whenever you like.

Will I get reminders?

Yes! We will send a reminder before each shipment with a link to manage your order.

How fresh is the coffee I receive?

We roast in small batches and ship shortly after roasting so your coffee arrives tasting bright, smooth, and fresh.

Is shipping included in the subscription price?

No, shipping isn’t included. Shipping is charged separately at checkout for each subscription delivery.

Gift Subscription FAQs

How do gift subscriptions work?

You choose how many deliveries you’d like to gift. On the date you select at checkout, your recipient receives an email with a link to redeem their gift and set up their subscription.

What can the recipient choose from?

They can choose any of our mainstay coffees, including our K-Cups.

They also choose their roast level, grind, and how often deliveries should arrive.

Does the recipient need my address or payment details?

No. They simply redeem the gift through a link we send, add their shipping address, and customize their subscription. They are never charged unless they choose to purchase something beyond their gift credit.

What happens if the coffee they choose costs less than the gifted amount?

Any remaining credit stays on their account. They can use it toward a future one-time order by adding a payment method at checkout.

Can the recipient change their delivery schedule?

Absolutely. They are in total control of their experience. They can adjust their delivery cadence to match their routine. Gift subscriptions are fully flexible once redeemed.

Can they choose a coffee that costs more than the credit?

Yes, they can choose any coffee they like. If the cost exceeds their remaining credit, they can pay the difference at checkout.

When will the recipient be notified?

On the date you select on the recipient information form. We send a clean, simple gift email letting them know you’ve gifted them a coffee subscription with a link to personalize their deliveries.

What does the gift email include?

The gift email includes your recipient’s personalized message, the name of the sender, and a link to redeem their gift. From there, they can choose their coffee, grind, and delivery schedule.

Do gift credits expire?

No. Gift credits never expire. If your recipient has leftover credit after choosing their coffee, it remains on their account and can be applied toward a future one-time order.

What if the recipient misses the gift email?

We can resend the redemption link to to the recipient anytime. Just reach out to orders@kribicoffee.com and we’ll take care of it.
