    Our Story

Born on a coffee farm, our founder Jacques Shalo’s coffee business was inevitable! Moreover, Shalo is dedicated to sustainably sourcing our green coffee beans directly from farms back home in Cameroon.

    Air Roasting

Traditional drum roasters are bad for the planet and your coffee. So we don’t use them! Our patented air roasting process sustainably eliminates burnt coffee and bitterness.
