Welcome back!
If you’re switching from our old app or website, we’ve made it easy to bring your rewards and gift cards with you.

To transfer your balance —
Show your rewards balance or digital gift card to a Kribi team member in-store and we’ll transfer everything to your new account, on the spot. Then delete the old app and enjoy all the new perks of our new one!

Our new app and online ordering site sync rewards, automatically. You can also sign up, in-store, by entering your phone number or email, at the register.

FAQ

  • Yes! You can order online anytime at go.kribicoffee.com.

    That said, we recommend using the app—it unlocks perks like a free $5 birthday reward, access to limited-edition coffee drops, and more exclusive offers.

  • Earn:

    • 3 points for every $1 spent.

    Redeem:

    • 150 points → Free Medium Brewed Coffee or Classic Tea

    • 350 points → Free Medium Espresso or Specialty Drink

    • 750 points → Free 12‑oz Fresh‑Roast Bag

  • Yes! And here’s how:

    1. Visit a Kribi Coffee cafe near you.

    2. Show a Kribi team member your account balance - rewards and any digital gift cards.

    3. We will transfer everything to your account on our new app!

    Once you’re set, go ahead and delete the old app—and enjoy our new, better, and faster app with all new rewards.

  • To transfer a gift card to your new account:

    Show a Kribi team member your 16-digit gift card number—either from the old app or a physical card purchased before May 21, 2025—and we’ll add the balance to your new account.

    After June 30, the old app will no longer be accessible. If you haven’t transferred your gift card by then, just bring in your original email receipt or a screenshot of your gift card numbers and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Through June 30, 2025. Use it to view any remaining gift card or rewards balances and transfer what you can before it retires.
