The digital gift cards can only be redeemed for shipping orders on shop.kribicoffee.com. These cannot be used for in-app or in-person cafe transactions.

Physical Gift Cards for Cafe Purchases
These physical in-store use gift cards can be purchased in person at any of our cafe locations. They are valid for cafe transactions and can be added to the Kribi Coffee app.

Sent instantly by text or email, our digital gift cards are the fastest way to treat someone to the Krib. They can be used in-cafe via the Kribi Coffee app or online for order-ahead and scan-to-pay purchases.

No — each gift card has a specific use case. Gift cards labeled for webshop use can only be used online on our shop.kribicoffee.com website. Gift cards labeled for in-store use can only be used in-store and on our app.

In-Store E-Gift CaIds:
You can send a digital gift card to the recipient immediately via email or text here or in our app on the account tab.

Webshop E-Gift CaIds:
You can send a digital gift card to the recipient at a scheduled time or immediately via our webshop here.

Webshop E-Gift CaIds:
The gift card email you received has a link that will show you your balance. Or, if you have added it to your webshop account, you can find it on your account page.
In-store E-Gift Cards:
You can view your in-store use gift card balance on your app on the account tab or this webpage.
In-store Physical Gift Cards:
You can view your in-store use gift card balance by going to this webpage or asking your barista to swipe your card to check your remaining balance.
