How do I recover my account & points?

Previous account users:

You need to create a new account with your same email and same phone number for your points to transfer over and convert into rewards. Learn more about our new rewards system below!

Customers that only used their phone number in-store to track points:

You need to create a new account with the same phone number for your points to sync, and the points will convert into rewards.

What does my Current Balance mean?

Every 250 points automatically convert to one redeemable "15% off your order" reward! The “Current Balance” will then reset back to zero so you can easily track when your next reward is coming up.

What does my Lifetime Balance mean?

It is the total number of points you've earned over time as a Kribi Coffee account holder.

My points aren’t showing up.

If you believe you are missing points, we promise to correct it! Please use the form at the bottom of this page to reach out, and we will get you your points, no questions asked!

How do I download the new app?

Starting March 1st, go to the Apple App Store and hit UPDATE, or if you are on Android, delete your old app and redownload it from the Google Play Store.

What’s this new reward point system?

We have an all-new reward system: You will get 15% off your entire order every time you earn 250 points. $1 Spent = 3 Points Earned!

Don’t sweat — your old points have been converted to match the new system.

We are working on even more ways to redeem, so keep an eye out! 👀

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can activate them on the cart page. Just tap the “Promos and Rewards” button to view!

What happens to my physical Gift Cards?

They will continue to work as usual! We are still working on the “add gift card to app” feature, but it will be available very soon!

What happens to my digital Gifts Cards from the old app?

Please contact us by using our support page here and we will promptly assist in your balance transfer.

Where can I buy in-store use Gift Cards?

Come into one of our cafes for a physical one. We are working on getting digital gift cards set up in the app soon too!

Where can I buy a Gift Card for shipping orders?

Where did shipping orders go?

We have moved our shipping orders to our website, shop.kribicoffee.com.

Do I need to make a new account for my shipping orders?

Yes! This new shipping account will make it even easier for you to order your coffee and merchandise. We’re even working on integrating subscriptions to keep your at-home brews running all year round!
