Shipping policy

Every online order is roasted to order at our roastery in Chicago, so orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email.

US shipping rates for coffee

• Standard: $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, $19.90 for orders from 5 to 70 lb
• Express: $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb, $9.90 for orders from 1 to 5 lb

Merchandise ships at the carrier rate calculated at checkout. You'll always see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Australia, Japan and Singapore. USPS and DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times after your order ships depend on the carrier and aren't guaranteed.
