Start with our recommended roast, the roast level we suggest for each coffee. It's the default on every coffee page.

How long does it take?

A custom roast ships in 2 to 4 business days. Our recommended roast ships in 1 to 3.

Which grinds can I pick?

Whole bean, French press, Chemex, home brewer, flat bottom, cone filter or espresso.
