Our Calypso coffee is grown in Costa Rica on farms in the famed Coopetarrazú, a 60-year-old farmer cooperative. Coopetarrazú was established in 1960 by a group of 228 small coffee producers in San Marcos de Tarrazú. Their goal was to generate equal profits for all farmers and offer a voice for small coffee producers in the region. Calypso delivers a smooth punch of tropical fruit and chocolate.
