New Relic is our nod to heirloom Ethiopian coffee beans. It drinks with above-average acidity, high sweetness, and above-average body or flavor retention. This natural processed Ethiopian bean is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Aricha Mill in the Yirgacheffe district of Gedeo Zone.
