Forever Cherished

New Relic is Ethiopian heirloom coffee, grown around 1,900 meters and dried inside the whole cherry (natural process). That drying is where the floral, citrus and cinnamon notes come from. Brew it as a pour-over if you can.

Recommended as a light roast.

Questions

What's the difference between Recommended roast and Custom roast?

Recommended roast is the roast level we suggest for this coffee, air roasted in small batches and packed fresh. Custom roast lets you choose Light, Medium or Dark, and we air roast your bag to order.

When will my coffee ship?

Recommended roast ships in 1 to 3 business days. Custom roast ships in 2 to 4 business days. We roast and ship Monday through Friday, except major holidays.

What is air roasting?

We roast with hot air instead of a hot drum. The beans float as they roast and the chaff blows away before it can scorch, so the cup comes out clean, never bitter. More on air roasting

Can I get it ground?

Yes. Choose whole bean, or a grind for your brewer, from French press to espresso.

Can I subscribe to this coffee?

Yes. Choose the subscription option above and pick how often it comes, every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. You can skip, swap or cancel from your account.

Is shipping included?

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for $6.95, and 5 lb bags ship for $19.90.
